Terms of Service
Effective date: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the GrowBiz BizPlans website and any business-plan preparation service you request from GrowBiz Consultancy (“GrowBiz,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or engaging GrowBiz, you agree to these terms. Package-specific scope, price, payment timing, and any additional conditions will be confirmed with you in writing before work begins; that written confirmation forms part of the service agreement.
Independent service; no lending decision
GrowBiz is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Government of Guyana or the Guyana Development Bank (GDB). We do not provide loans, determine eligibility, submit applications, represent applicants at lending institutions, or control GDB requirements, qualifying criteria, financing availability, amounts, rates, terms, or decisions. Publicly reported program information can change; rely on current official GDB guidance for current requirements. GrowBiz does not guarantee eligibility, approval, financing, loan amount, or terms.
Services and package scope
The site describes three one-time preparation options, with prices shown in Guyana dollars (GY$):
Plan Starter — GY$5,000 (US$25.00):
business-plan template, guided questionnaire, completion instructions, and one review call. The client drafts and revises the plan. The template is targeted within 24 hours after necessary intake information is received, and the review call is targeted by the end of the first week.
Guided Business Plan — GY$25,000:
customized narrative business plan prepared from client-provided information, client-supplied figures organized into the plan, basic market and competitor research, one revision round, and complimentary creation of one business logo for placement on the plan. Target delivery is within five business days after complete required information is received.
GDB Application-Ready Plan — GY$45,000:
deeper consultation, customized narrative business plan, basic market and competitor research, client-supplied financial information organized into the plan, readiness checklist, two review calls, up to two revision rounds, and complimentary creation of one business logo for placement on the plan. Target delivery is within ten business days after complete required information is received.
Timelines are targets, not fixed guarantees. They begin after GrowBiz receives the required information and may be affected by missing information, client response time, clarification needs, or an agreed change in scope. The exact package scope confirmed in writing controls if it differs from this general summary.
Client responsibilities and financial information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful information; reviewing drafts; responding to questions; supplying and checking all financial figures and assumptions; and meeting agreed feedback deadlines. GrowBiz organizes client-supplied figures and may identify gaps or unclear assumptions, but does not invent, verify, audit, or guarantee financial figures or business outcomes. You remain responsible for registration, NIS/GRA compliance, official applications, and any required filings unless a separate written service agreement expressly says otherwise.
Research and deliverables
Basic market and competitor research is included only in the Guided Business Plan and GDB Application-Ready Plan. It is preparatory research based on information reasonably available at the time and is not a guarantee that the information is complete, current, or exhaustive. Business plans are planning documents based on the information and scope agreed with you; they are not a promise of business success or financing. The complimentary logo in the Guided and GDB Application-Ready packages is limited to creation of one business logo for placement on the business plan. It does not include additional branding services unless agreed separately in writing.
Revisions and completeness promise
Revision rounds are limited to the number included in the selected package and the agreed scope. A revision round is a consolidated set of client feedback on the draft; substantial changes in business direction, new research, or work outside the agreed scope may require a separate written agreement. If GrowBiz omits a section expressly included in your agreed package or makes an avoidable formatting or factual error based on information you supplied, GrowBiz will correct that issue at no additional charge. This Plan Completeness Promise does not guarantee eligibility, approval, loan availability, funding, loan amount, or terms.
Fees, payment, and cancellation
The package prices displayed are the stated service fees. Any payment method, due date, currency conversion, applicable transfer fees, taxes, cancellation terms, or refund terms will be confirmed in writing before payment or work begins. Do not send payment-card details or banking credentials through the website intake form. Work begins according to the written engagement confirmation after the agreed payment requirements are met.
Use of the website and materials
You may use the website for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it. You remain responsible for the information and materials you provide and must have the right to share them with GrowBiz for the requested service. Your completed business-plan deliverable is prepared for your use within the agreed engagement; the GrowBiz templates, methods, and pre-existing materials remain GrowBiz materials unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may not present GrowBiz as a GDB representative or claim that GrowBiz has secured approval or funding for you.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrowBiz is not responsible for lending decisions, third-party actions, inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you, or business outcomes based on use of a plan. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update the website or these terms as services and official program information change; the current terms and effective date will be posted on this page. Any change to an active engagement’s agreed scope will be confirmed with you in writing.
